Price is £22 including warming steam eye mask. I reserve 2 places on each session for those in need who can't afford the full price - job seekers, carers, those who may not be able to afford a ticket.

As you lay comfortably on a mat or sit in a chair, allow the sounds to penetrate deep within, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of inner peace. Feel the vibrations resonate through your body, releasing tension and restoring balance.

No prior experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to let go.
