Welcome to these Cosmic vibrations of Love Gong baths and sacred sound immersions, and mindfulness workshops.Where you are warmly invited to bathe in the wonderfully high healing vibrations of crystal bowls and invited to relax and enjoy your relaxing and nourishing journey of deep self-empowered divine connection.

This wonderfully healing and nourishing treatment begins with a welcoming mindful meditation to guide you into deep fluid states of relaxation, inviting you to deeply and authentically connect with the sacred spaces of your inner temple to embrace your divine revelations and resolutions of truth, deeper peace and healing. Awakening your desire to fine-tune and reset your intentions and realign with your highest vibrational paths which support your sustained optimum well-being.

Each Month there is a particularly themed mindfulness meditation and dharma talk giving the essential mindfulness tools regarding that theme to support self-empowered renewed clarity and well-being.

Leah Star trained over 25 years ago with the renowned master Thich Nhat Hanh, in mindfulness and meditation and received my dharma name “Fragrant Speech of the Heart”. I now use and teach these powerful mindfulness and meditation tools in workshops and one-to-one treatments and within the Gong and sacred sound immersions, to facilitate others to experience self-empowered clarity and healing with practical solutions to business-centered, personal conflict and health-presenting situations.

Leah Star immersed in mindfulness and meditation teachings with Thich Nhat Hanh and the monastic community in France over 25 years ago and specializes in helping others to transform suffering and align with self-empowered, physical, emotional, and spiritual optimum well-being.

Leah also specializes as a Gong and sacred sound, vibrational biofield recalibration facilitator, earth dowser, and workshop leader. Leah has trained with the renowned harpist and sound healer Siobhan Swider of the Sound Healing Academy and renowned gong teacher Sheila Whitaker, pupil of Don Conreax. Leah's gong mentoring continues with Sheila Whittaker.

Leah is also a renowned psychic & healer, formerly working from Harley Street with over 25 years of experience as a workshop leader, facilitating self-empowering workshops and healings, transforming disconnecting traumas, sabotaging, ancestral, and limiting fears, beliefs, and choices. Together with recalibrating the biofield (physical, emotional, spiritual bodies )and releasing the charged resistance frequencies of fear and ill health, which are held on a cellular level.
