85-Hour Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Program
Are you passionate about yoga and ready to support women through the transformative journey of pregnancy and postpartum recovery? Join us for a comprehensive 85-hour Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to teach and design classes and workshops specifically tailored to fertility, prenatal, labor, postnatal, and mommy-and-me yoga.
This six-month program is designed to be flexible for your schedule, meeting one weekend per month beginning in October. Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of pre and postnatal yoga or begin teaching these life-changing classes, this training will provide you with the tools and confidence you need to guide your students through every stage of their journey.
Program Highlights:
Duration: 85 hours over six months, meeting one weekend per month, starting in October.
Curriculum Includes:
Designing classes for fertility and prenatal students
Supporting labor through specific asanas and breathwork
Creating safe and effective postnatal yoga sequences
Developing fun and engaging mommy-and-me classes for new mothers and their babies
Essential anatomy and physiology for working with pregnant and postpartum bodies
Modifications, adjustments, and contraindications for each stage
The emotional, physical, and mental benefits of yoga during these transformative times
