Bring your little yogis to YOUnique Yoga for a fun and engaging Kids Yoga Class designed especially for children ages 5–10!
In this 45-minute class, kids will:
Learn playful yoga poses through storytelling, imagination, and music 🎵
Practice breathing exercises to build focus and calm 💨
Explore mindfulness and relaxation through guided visualization 🌙
Develop teamwork, balance, and body awareness through games and creative movement 🤸‍♀️
End each class with a peaceful rest time (savasana) to encourage stillness and reflection 🕉️
Each class is filled with laughter, creativity, and movement — a perfect balance of energy and relaxation!
