Our 30-Hour Hybrid Chair Yoga Teacher Training blends the convenience of online learning with the power of live, hands-on practice. In just 30 hours, you’ll learn how to:
Master Chair-Based Postures & Adaptations – Teach safe, creative, and effective sequences using chairs as the foundation.
Deepen Anatomy & Alignment Knowledge – Understand how to adapt yoga for aging bodies, limited mobility, or special conditions.
Guide Breathwork, Meditation & Relaxation – Lead calming practices that restore balance and ease.
Design Inclusive Classes – Build sequences for seniors, office professionals, healthcare settings, and community groups.
Gain Real Teaching Experience – Practice teaching with live feedback so you graduate confident and ready to lead.
