Tea is certified in Yoga (E-CYT 700), Meditation & YogaNidra, she is an Ayurvedic Nutritionist, certified Hypnotist, Reiki & Sound Healing Practitioner. Tea is dedicated to constant & never-ending improvement, cultivating connection & community through the internal art of Yoga and all of its beautiful branches. ​Theuressa is the 1st Menopause Doula of NWI.Compassionate, kind & loving, she creates a safe space for women embarking on this natural rite of passage. Tea brings The Menopause discussion & better care for those going through “the change” to the surface. She seeks to “reverse the curse” & admonish women on embracing this 2nd Spring.
