About this Event
Five Elements Yoga is a slow-flow vinyasa class linking breath and movement, inspired by the five elements of Ayurvedic medicine. Developed by our coach Arun, this nurturing yet challenging practice builds strength, mobility, and clarity of mind for all levels.
