Perfect for beginners but also nice for those looking for slow and mindful foundational classes. This sequential series will dive deep into the basic postures and start from the ground up, explaining each and the benefits as well as how to safely get in and out of postures.

During this series you will:

• Increase your fitness practice and even your yoga workout by reconnecting to action and alignment.
• Get the most out of your time on your mat by connecting with your energy and awareness.
• Cultivate deep listening each time you show up on your mat.
