About this Event
This weekend training program, developed by Heather Hagaman and Maryam Ovissi, will cultivate the skills of compassion and understanding for the journey of aging. The skill and art of teaching chair yoga will be one focus of this two-day program. We recognize chair yoga is for everyone and not only for seniors. Feel free to attend this workshop to build skills for chair yoga in general. Props, including the wall, will be used often.
