Hi everyone and welcome to the TickinEmOff Group Hike, this hike is going to take in 4 Wainwrights, Gray Knotts, Brandreth, Green Gable and Great Gable, we will be meeting at the Honister Slate Mine car park for a 8am and setting of hiking at 8:30am. This car park is £5 for all day o if you are a national trust memeber there is a car park just past the main shop. We will be hiking up to Gray Knotts first, this part id a little steep with a couple of rocky sections but nothing technical, but once we are at the summit the hiking gets easier until Green Gable, this is where you get the amazing views of Great Gable before we make the final climb to the summit of our final Wainwright Great Gable, we will the be hiking back to Honister Mine almost the same way as we went up. This hike is 5.5 miles and has 2500ft of elevation gain, and will take around 5-7 hours of hiking. So if you think you would like to join us then please click the going button on the event 😀
