Step into the new year with intention. This transformative evening is designed to help you let go of mental clutter, reconnect with yourself, and get crystal clear on what you want to call into 2026.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of grounding, gentle yoga to settle your nervous system and open space in the body. Once grounded, we’ll move into a cozy guided journaling + vision-setting session to map out your intentions, goals, and desires for the year ahead.
