Join Kino and Tim for a full month of Mysore style morning practice at Miami Life Center.

Sincere students of all levels have asked for a place to learn and progress in the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga practice under Kino and Tim’s guidance.

Everyone is welcome! All you need is to be familiar with Mysore Style practice, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. We hope to bring a little bit of that Mysore magic to our home in Miami and we would love to see you on the mat!

You can practice for only one week, two weeks, three weeks or all four weeks — it's entirely up to you! We will have some afternoon programming to support your practice, yet that is optional.

Monday to Friday

8:30am to 10:30am - Mysore Style Practice

Saturday

9:00 am to 12:00 pm - Saturday Ritual + Conference

Cost:

Full Month (4 weeks):

$1,000 MLC Members | $1,200 Non-Members

2 weeks:

$700 MLC Members | $800 Non-members

1 week:

$400 MLC Members | $450 Non-members

Note: We accept cancellations up to 30 days prior to the workshop and you will receive full refund minus 10% of the original workshop fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 30 days of the workshop. No exceptions!
