1-week Yoga Sutra / Book 1 - Samadih Pada with Tim Feldmann

Study Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras both a philosophical system and a practical method to live a fulfilling life.
Over the course of a week, dive into these poetic and valuable teachings and realign yourself towards a yogic understanding of happiness.
This week we focuses on Book I. More than merely an academic approach, Tim teaches the practical application of the teachings in practice and life. Expect to laugh as Tim’s humorous, yet profound approach unlocks the deeper meaning within these ancient pearls of wisdom and makes for a fun and enlightening class. All levels are welcome.
