The 18th CEE Forum of Young Legal, Political and Social Theorists will take place on 3–4 September 2026 at the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. The conference theme, “Reconstructing Justice in a Changing World”, invites young scholars to reflect on the transformations of law, politics, and society in times of crisis, uncertainty, and structural change.
The CEE Forum is a long-standing international academic initiative that brings together early-career researchers working in legal theory, political philosophy, and social theory. It provides a space for in-depth discussion, intellectual exchange, and networking across Central and Eastern Europe and beyond.
By fostering dialogue between different theoretical traditions and methodological approaches, the Forum aims to contribute to contemporary debates on justice, democracy, constitutionalism, human rights, and the future of legal and political orders.
