Adolescence can be overwhelming. Many teens struggle with negative self-talk, self-doubt, all-or-nothing thinking, and feeling stuck in unhelpful thought patternsβoften without realizing how much it impacts their mental health.
This Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Group is designed to help teens recognize and challenge negative thoughts, understand how thoughts affect emotions and behaviors, and learn practical tools to shift toward healthier thinking patterns.
Through guided discussion, skill-building activities, and peer support, participants will:
β’ Learn to identify negative or unhelpful thought patterns
β’ Understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
β’ Practice replacing negative thoughts with more balanced, realistic ones
β’ Build confidence, emotional awareness, and coping skills
β’ Develop healthier responses to stress, challenges, and self-doubt
π When: Every other Friday
