Rooted in Self is a supportive youth group designed to help teens better understand their nervous system and how it impacts emotions, stress, and daily life. Through education and practical tools, participants will learn to recognize somatic warning signs, understand stress and trauma responses (fight/flight/freeze/fawn), and build skills to cope and regulate in the moment.🗓 1st & 3rd Wednesdays
