🧘 FREE Sunrise Yoga
Instructor Chelsea McQuaid will guide the class through a gentle beginner yoga flow designed to help you prepare physically and mentally for the day with modification instructions for all skill levels. The class runs from the first Wednesday in June through the last Wednesday in August.
Bring your own mat or blanket, warm clothes to start, some water, and meet us upstairs in front of the Bicentennial Tower to start your day with some peace 🙏
