🦋 Chakra Healing Sound Bath 🦋♥️ On March 10th I invite you to join me on a journey of balancing our chakras through sound, breath and visualization
🔸What to expect? The sound bath will start with guided meditation to help quiet the mind, body and soul. We will flow through the 7 chakras taking a moment to focus on each one. Prepare for an hour of beautiful sacred sounds, cultivated stillness and soft guidance through out the journey. We will end the evening with detox tea.
💛 Enhanced Energy Flow: When the chakras are aligned, the energy flow within our body is optimized. This increased flow of vital energy revitalizes the entire system, boosting vitality, stamina, and overall energy levels. It can also enhance creativity, productivity, and motivation.
🌿 What to bring? A cozy blanket, pillow and sleep mask if you have one.
🦋 Please arrive between 6:45-7pm. This is to help all settle into the space. Doors will close at 7:05
