afro-kubai tánctechnika, mely fejleszti az egyensúlyt, tartást, core-izmokat, kifejezésmódokat
🔹 Afro Timba (90 perc) 🌊⚔️🎶
fókuszban Yemayá és Oggún, kidolgozva azok mozdulatiságát, integrálva azokat a modern kubai timbával.

🔹 Rumba: Guaguancó és Columbia (90 perc) 🥁🔥
fedezd fel a kubai rumba gyökereit, tanulj meg két jellegzetes stílust, amelyek gazdagíthatják tánc-repertoárod.
🔹 Timba Footwork (90 perc) 🎵👣
játssz a tempóval, értelmezd a zenét, fedezz fel egyéb kubai folklór örökséget a timbában, mint például a Pilón & Conga, etc.
