Starts 7pm Friday 31st July 2026
Please bring a water � bottle, yoga mat, blanket and pillow, or whatever you feel you may need for comfort
If you do not have a yoga mat, please let me know as I do have a few that can be borrowed
Give yourself the perfect start to the weekend with this relaxing Guided Meditation, followed by a Sound Bath (Crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, etc)
