✨Nested Micro is an intentional space for Micro Fusion Dancers. We are curating this space to allow for connection, technique, emotion, vulnerability, and variety in the Micro Community. ✨To do this we are creating a [Closed Container]. Please show up between 6:45 and 7pm. Our doors close at 7:15.
Take your time checking in and settling into the space and then joining us for a micro class.
Many pieces of micro technique and connection require both parties to mutually invest and build understanding.
That is why we teach a required class each month.
💞 If you are familiar with the class concepts, use the time in the class to enjoy the dancing, slip yourself into your micro headspace and support the community.💞

Nested Micro is ….. Nested up stairs in a residential neighborhood.
Look for the Berkeley Yoga Studio sign. Head up the staircase and around the corner to find us.
Please set energy, volume and intent before coming in so as to settle yourself before entering and not disturb our neighbors🤫
Take off your street shoes when entering:
