While renowned sound healers offers live music, Darren Main will be guide you through a series of restorative yoga poses that open, relax, and restore your body. Each pose is designed to encourage deep release and tranquility, preparing you to receive the full benefits of the sound healing journey. As you settle into each pose, smooth, heated stones will be placed on key points of your body.

Registrations for workshops and events can be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours ahead of time or applied to future instances of the same event, where applicable.
