What is a 💖Healing Energy Circle ??It is a deep meditative practice that works on the principles of Reiki within a group circle.
You will be guided into relaxation through our meditative approach, within a cast circle of protection.
We will experience gentle stretches to balance the body, silent releasing rituals, exploring our shadow selves, sharing healing energy between us, oracle reading and ending with a Cacao ceremony and blessing for each other.
A beautiful and non-imposing way to tap into our own innate ways to heal and comfort ourselves.
Groups are kept small so as to be welcoming and personal.
Much of this session is done in silence with guidance from myself, so as to tap into your own inner wisdom and allow unadulterated energy to flow between all participants. There will be opportunity for chat and support at the end of the session if needed, and follow up from me.
This approach can help you with any physical or emotional healing without feeling like you need to vocalise your internal thoughts.
