AIM OF THE DAY
The aim of the day is simple - it is tailored to allow you time to relax, recharge and reflect - reflect on what is important to you. Sharing space with like minded people - wonderful connections can be made.
YOUR HOSTS
You will work with 3 fully qualified, holistic practitioners. With years of experience between them of holding space, through teaching / counselling / nursing / military endeavours and life challenges - you are in safe hands. 🙏
PROGRAMME
We will start our day with grounding and introductions. Moving on to some mindfulness practice and then the powerful experience of a Breathworks session. An amazing journey into the body guided by music and voice. Lunch will then be served- prepared by the staff at the old barn. Bottled water is provided throughout the day as well as a ‘ cuppa’ at lunch. There is further opportunity to buy soft drinks and teas, coffees from the bar as you wish.
The afternoon will start with a shared cacao drink and a reminder of what our intentions of the day are - to remember what we hold important to us. Following this, some angelic reiki meditation and ending in a symphony of sounds from our gongs / bowls / rain sticks and more. A truly incredible sound bath awaits you as ‘Resonate with Hope’ joins forces with ‘Resonate UK’ to combine their sound bath equipment and expertise. Not only that, but everyone will receive angelic reiki throughout their sound bath. . What better way to end a holistic, self healing day and what better venue than the Old Barn in Esholt.

WHAT DO NEED
On the day you will need a mat / blanket and pillow and some pennies if you wish to purchase additional drinks.
