A fun and creative drama and wellbeing workshop for children aged 4–10 years, designed to build confidence, support emotional wellbeing, and encourage self-expression in a safe and nurturing environment.
Through storytelling, role play, movement, music, sensory play, puppetry, creative arts, and drama games, children will explore emotions, develop resilience, strengthen communication skills, and build positive relationships with others. Activities are designed to be engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate, helping children learn through creativity, imagination, and play.
Children will have opportunities to:• Build confidence and self-esteem• Explore and express emotions in healthy ways• Develop communication and social skills• Strengthen empathy and understanding of others• Encourage creativity, imagination, and problem-solving• Build friendships and a sense of belonging• Learn teamwork and cooperation through play
Led by a qualified teacher and drama practitioner, this workshop combines creative learning with wellbeing-focused activities to support children emotionally, socially, and creatively.
Children will need to bring a packed lunch. Drinks and a morning snack will be provided.
