As part of Culture Co-op’s two-week Indoor & Outdoor Arts Festival taking place across Heywood from 10th–23rd August 2026, we’re delighted to be offering a FREE Wellbeing Community Day on Sunday 23rd August, celebrating this year’s theme of Mental Health, Wellbeing & Healthy Communities. 💚
Join us for a day of calm, connection and self-care designed to help support positive wellbeing within our community.
✨ What’s on offer?
🧘 Morning Soundbath (Booking Required)
💆 Reiki Healing (Booking Required)
💆♀️ Indian Head Massage (Booking Required)
🌿 Guided Mindfulness & Meditation (Drop-in – booking recommended due to limited spaces)
🎶 Afternoon Soundbath (Booking Required)
📍 Venue: Heady Hill Community Centre, Heywood

Important information
• Reiki & Indian Head Massage: Suitable for 18+, unless a parent/carer remains in the room throughout the treatment and provides consent.
• Soundbath: Under 18s are very welcome, provided they are able to remain quiet throughout the session so everyone can fully relax.
• Mindfulness & Meditation: Open to all ages. Younger children who find it difficult to sit through the session are welcome to enjoy mindful colouring instead.
• Booking is essential for both Soundbath sessions and all Reiki & Indian Head Massage treatments.
• Mindfulness & Meditation is available on a drop-in basis, although booking is recommended as numbers are limited.
