🎄CHRISTMAS SOUND JOURNEY🎄 AT URU YOGA STUDIOAfter all the festivities, it’s time to chill and relax and reset. Grab your favorite person and come cozy up for a Christmas Sound Journey to remember ✨💫
In this immersive meditative experience, we will visit sacred sound scapes through crystal singing bowls, resonant gong wash, spirit songs, ethereal chimes, and the percussive expressions of buffalo drum, rain sticks, seed shakers, and ocean drum 💫
After the sound journey, we will share a cup of peppermint tea and refreshments to awaken the senses and set intentions together.
