This is the season of turning inward, where the forest floor gathers fallen leaves, and our spirits gather wisdom.Join me for a deeply grounding sound bath designed to restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Where thoughts settle, body rests, and spirit connects deeper to the wisdom and guidance of nature.
This experience is medicine for the soul by easing tension, supporting restful sleep, and creating spacious stillness within. As the vibrations of sound move through the body, they help release stagnant energy and invite renewal, preparing you for a new week with clarity and peace.
Our herbal allies for the evening~ sweetgrass, vetiver, reishi and dandelion root~ offer another layer of grounding frequency. These earthy botanicals calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and root your energy deep into the soil of the present moment. Their scent and spirit work hand-in-hand with the sound to nourish and align your energetic system.
Cost is $20
Yoga mats, meditation cushions and blankets provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to deepen into the relaxation experience.
