This class focuses on building flexibility and strength in a hammock hung from the ceiling. This is a low-impact, adaptable class that meets you where you’re at and helps to build comfort and confidence in yourself and in using the hammocks. Beginners are encouraged to join; all levels are welcome.
In Alli's classes, the hammock’s two-point ceiling attachment gives a uniquely stable feel compared to single-point rigs, making it more accessible for beginners and offering a different experience for seasoned flyers.
Expect accessible progressions, playful challenges, and a playlist to keep your energy high. Grow your skills, discover your strength, and enjoy an experience that will leave you smiling from the inside out. Welcome home.
