🩵 Sound. Vibration. Re-Calibration of the Subtle Body. Join Sara Martin (RYT500, experienced sound and restorative practitioner) for an informative and experiential session focusing on the healing and deeply restorative qualities of sound.
You'll start with a meditative gathering, introductions to a multitude of instruments in an opening sound bath complete with dedicated breath work to ease into a calming mindset.
