💛 Join Amy Erickson, Depth Psychologist and Advanced Yoga Teacher, for a rich and reflective 5-hour workshop exploring the modality of yoga as an impactful practice that supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
💛 We will discuss the what, why, and how of yoga —not just as a physical practice, but as a framework for building balance in body, mind, and emotion.
Through thoughtful teaching, guided practices, and reflective dialogue, we’ll explore the 8 Limbs of Yoga and how a regular yoga practice offers practical and in-demand tools to support greater self-awareness, grounded peace, and emotional agility in modern life.
💛 No prior yoga experience is necessary.
This workshop is open to all who are interested in a deeper conversation around whole-self wellbeing.
