As March arrives and the season begins to gently shift, this is a calm Sunday morning space to pause, breathe and restore.
Join me on Sunday 8th March at 9.30am at Silver Road Community Centre, Norwich for a soothing morning sound bath.
A quiet and supportive hour to slow down, soften the body and allow the mind to rest.
You will be guided through gentle sounds from gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls and soft percussion, helping your nervous system settle and supporting you to feel grounded and at ease as your day begins.
This session is about simple rest. No effort and no experience needed.
Just arrive, get comfortable and allow the sound to gently hold you 🌿
