Dad’s Breakfast Club: A Free Course (Saturday Group)

Join us for our Dad’s Breakfast Club, a welcoming space for dads to connect, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

Each session includes a delicious cooked breakfast and covers topics designed to help you grow as a parent and prioritise your wellbeing, such as:
✅ Mental health and self-care
✅ Work–dad balance
✅ Nutrition and healthy eating
✅ Understanding child psychology
✅ Building a closer bond with your child

Open to all dads, dads-to-be, and step-dads, this is the perfect place to meet like-minded people. You’re welcome to attend every week or drop in whenever it suits you.

We’ll also have guest speakers at selected sessions to share insights and practical advice.

This project is funded by Norfolk’s Start for Life and Family Hub approach, part of the national Government Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme.
