🧘🧘♂️🧘♀️Weekly Tuesday afternoon (11 week) from 1:15pm - 2:00pm, from July: 7th, 14th, 21th, August: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th.
We will practice meditation in silence for about 40 minutes. This event is suitable for people who have experiences for meditation and studying meditation courses. However, you are welcome to try with us and if you have any questions about meditation, you can ask after the meditation session.

Please arrive about 10 minutes before the event to help yourself install comfortably.
