We gather to share meals, resources, recipes, and encouragement, fostering a supportive space rooted in compassion, health, and sustainability.We meet on the first Saturday of each month at 11:30 AM at Art & Soul Rowan, a nonprofit creative space dedicated to bringing people together through shared experiences, creative expression, and community engagement.
