🌱 Plant Eaters of Salisbury 🌱 - Extracts and Sugars with Pastry Chef, Marilyn Remsburg

Plant Eaters of Salisbury, NC is a welcoming community for anyone curious about plant-based living—whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, plant-curious, or simply love good food and meaningful connection. We gather to share meals, resources, recipes, and encouragement, fostering a supportive space rooted in compassion, health, and sustainability.
We meet on the first Saturday of each month at 11:30 AM at Art & Soul Rowan, a nonprofit creative space dedicated to bringing people together through shared experiences, creative expression, and community engagement.
Plant Eaters is more than a meetup—it’s a growing circle of neighbors cultivating kindness, curiosity, and connection through plant-based living. All are welcome, wherever you are on your journey.
Returning to us Pastry Chef, Marilyn Remsburg, will be educating us on creating your own extracts and flavored sugars just in time to get them prepped for homemade holiday gifts!
Marilyn will also be bringing some wheat berries to milk if you'd like to purchase any fresh ground flour, or bring your own grains and she'll be happy to mill it for you!
