Because honestly… why should the kids be the only ones gluing glitter to sticks and calling it art?
Welcome to 🌕✨ Moonchild Mischief—a gloriously chaotic, soul-soothing, slightly feral yoga & play experience for grown-ups who are absolutely done pretending to be reasonable humans.
✨ Inspired by Flower Moon Yoga for Girls & Wolf Moon Yoga for Boys—but with more joint pain, more wine, and way less supervision.
Here’s what to expect:
🌸 Yoga—but the kind where you’re allowed to giggle, swear, and fall over dramatically
🐺 Embodied movement: think stomping, spinning, stretching, and primal screaming if needed
🌿 Nature play—yes, for real. We’re talking stick wands, daisy chains, and leafy tiaras
🖌️ Messy crafts—because adult colouring books are a gateway drug
🌕 Wild storytelling, moon chants, and a bit of low-key emotional healing
🧘♀️ Deep rest, possibly horizontal snoring—because we’re not 8 anymore and our backs know it
🧀 And to top it all off? A charcuterie board, cupcakes, and prosecco. Because we are grown, we are tired, and we deserve snacks.
This is for the adults who are a bit magical, a bit unhinged, a bit too tired for small talk—but who still believe in barefoot joy, moonlight mischief, and the healing power of glitter.
No pressure. No perfection.

What do I need to bring?
I provide everything you will need at the class including mats, cushions, blankets, bolsters, straps, eye masks etc. all you need to bring is comfortable clothing to wear and a drink for yourself (yes, extra prosecco welcome)
