Through voice, music and connection, we explore the ocean of creativity, emotions and the inner genius longing to be expressed.
An afternoon with Atma and SEA, Sabina Elsa Astolfi, with playful and activating vocal and breath practices, Qi Gong and yoga inspired movement, vocal improvisation and mantra singing.
A space to free your body and your voice and to explore the transformative power of sound together.
