Ecstatic Dance ist eine Form der freien Tanz-Meditation.
An diesem besonderen Hybrid-Event hast Du die Wahl:
Tauche auf dem Dancefloor im Tanz in ekstatische Live-Musik ein – oder geniesse im hinteren, erhöhten Bereich die Aufführung als Konzert in Ruhe auf einem Stuhl.
Musikalisch erwartet Dich eine einzigartige Reise: von mystischen, zarten Melodien über herzerfüllte Mantra-Gesänge bis hin zu treibenden Rhythmen – in einer schillernden Fusion westlicher und östlicher Harmonien.
Die neuen Kompositionen von Kevin O. Groner, aufgeführt vom Mantra-Chor Zürich mit Streichquartett und Perkussions-Trio, entfalten eine erhebende, transformierende Energie.
Diese Musik ist eine Reise zu Dir selbst – zu Deinem inneren, göttlichen Kern.
Nach diesem Event wirst Du Dich tiefenentspannt, beflügelt, gelassen, heiter, gereinigt, inspiriert und beseelt fühlen.
Einführung & Warm-up – mit Indrani Kraftschatz
Das Warm-up ist für Menschen jeden Alters geeignet.
Es löst Spannungen im Körper, öffnet den Atem und stimmt Dich auf das meditative Lauschen und freie Tanzen ein. Es wird etwa 10 min dauern.

Mitnehmen
Wenn Du tanzen möchtest, bring bequeme Kleidung mit – getanzt wird barfuss oder in Socken.

Dies ist (anders als andere Veranstaltungen von "Mantra Chor" kein Mit-Sing-Event. Singen ist natürlich möglich, aber es steht diesmal für das Publikum die Möglichkeit zu Tanzen oder zu Lauschen im Vordergrund.
Das warm-up können sowohl die Leute auf dem Dancefloor wie auch diejenigen auf Podium mitmachen.

Ecstatic Dance is a form of free dance meditation.
At this special hybrid event, you have the choice:
Dive into ecstatic live music on the dancefloor – or enjoy the performance in the back area, seated comfortably on an elevated platform as if attending a concert.
Musically, you can expect a unique journey – from mystical, delicate melodies and heart-opening mantra chants to driving rhythms in a shimmering fusion of Eastern and Western harmonies.
The new compositions by Kevin O. Groner, performed by the Mantra Choir Zurich together with a string quartet and percussion trio, unfold an uplifting, transformative energy.
This music is a journey within – to your inner, divine essence.
You will leave this event feeling deeply relaxed, uplifted, peaceful, joyful, purified, inspired, and filled with light.
Introduction & Warm-up – with Indrani Kraftschatz
The warm-up is suitable for people of all ages.
It helps release physical tension, opens the breath, and gently prepares you for meditative listening and free movement.
Duration: about 10 minutes.

What to bring
If you wish to dance, please wear comfortable clothes – dancing is barefoot or in socks.
Whether seated or dancing: bringing a water bottle is always recommended.
Good to know:
Unlike other “Mantra Choir” events, this is not a sing-along event.
Singing is of course welcome, but this time the focus for the audience is on dancing or listening.
The warm-up is open to everyone – both those on the dance floor and those seated in the auditorium.
This event is organized without sponsors and made possible through your ticket contribution.
