Barre & Dance Flow: Based in Zürich, Alia creates spaces where movement becomes meaning. Through belly dance and Barre, she guides women to move with strength, grace, and joy. Dancer, choreographer, and Barre instructor based in Zürich, Alia blends art and movement to help women reconnect with strength, beauty, and self-expression.

Reiki & Energy Work: Based in Zürich, Eliana creates spaces where stillness becomes healing. As a Master Shihan of Traditional Japanese Reiki, she guides others toward balance, clarity, and inner peace.

Journaling & Reflection: Based between Zürich and Berlin, Victoria creates spaces that feel like a deep exhale. Her journey in classical music and her work at the Zürich Opera House flow into her sessions where art meets stillness, and listening becomes transformation. She doesn’t just guide meditation, she guides you back to yourself.
