Nothing crazy—just a casual weekly walk/jog to get the blood flowing, meet some neighbors, and start the day right.
No pace. No pressure. No expectations.
Just show up and move a little. Good people, fresh air, and a solid way to start the day.

1–3 miles. Walk it, jog it, whatever.
Everyone’s welcome.
We’ll go over the route at a quick huddle before we start (changes weekly). One person will lead, one will hang back—no one gets left behind.
