香港獨立遊戲開發者峰會 是一個全新的業界交流平台，旨在透過圍繞發行、市場推廣及國際發展的深度交流，協助香港獨立遊戲開發者拓展視野與機遇。
峰會由 GameDEVA HK 主辦，並作為數碼港「數碼娛樂領袖論壇（Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum，DELF）2026」的聯動活動，匯聚香港本地遊戲工作室，以及來自香港及世界各地的頂尖發行商、平台合作夥伴與業界生態推動者，共同探討在當今全球遊戲市場中，獨立遊戲如何突圍而出、走向成功。
IndieSummit Hong Kong 將邀請來自 Playstack、騰訊、Neon Noroshi 及 Southeast Asian Games Showcase 的國際業界專家，與香港本地獨立遊戲創作者同場交流，並聚焦獨立遊戲的商業發展——從簽約與發行、社群建立及提升市場曝光，以至長線市場推廣策略，全面探討如何讓優秀作品接觸更廣泛的玩家與市場。
峰會將以英語及廣東話雙語進行，體現香港作為連接東西方的雙語樞紐角色，同時促進本地人才與亞太區遊戲生態圈之間的交流。活動最後將設有交流環節及 Southeast Asian Games Showcase，展示六款來自東南亞地區的優秀獨立遊戲作品，並藉此促進亞洲蓬勃發展的獨立遊戲社群之間的跨地域交流與合作。

IndieSummit Hong Kong is a new industry gathering dedicated to empowering independent game developers in Hong Kong through meaningful conversations on publishing, marketing, and international growth.
Organized by GameDEVA HK as part of Cyberport's Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum (DELF) 2026, the Summit brings together local studios alongside leading publishers, platform partners, and ecosystem builders from Hong Kong and around the world to explore what it takes to build successful independent games in today's global market.
Featuring internationally renowned experts from Playstack, Tencent, Neon Noroshi, and the Southeast Asian Games Showcase alongside Hong Kong's own independent game creators, IndieSummit Hong Kong places a strong emphasis on the business of indie games—from signing and publishing to community building, discoverability, and long-term marketing strategies.
Presented in both English and Cantonese, the Summit embraces Hong Kong's unique role as a bilingual gateway connecting East and West, while fostering dialogue between local talent and the wider Asia-Pacific games ecosystem. The programme concludes with a networking session and the Southeast Asian Games Showcase, featuring six standout independent titles from across the region and celebrating cross-border collaboration among Asia's vibrant indie game communities.

香港遊戲開發聯盟 Hong Kong Game Developer Alliance (GameDEVA HK)
香港遊戲開發聯盟（GameDEVA HK）是香港主要的遊戲開發者社群組織，連繫超過 150 間本地遊戲工作室及開發團隊。聯盟致力推動香港遊戲開發生態的發展，透過社群建設、專業交流、業界倡議及策略合作，凝聚本地業界力量，同時支持香港原創遊戲持續成長。
透過全年舉辦的業界交流活動、專業項目及國際合作，GameDEVA HK 協助本地開發者拓展人脈、提升曝光，並開拓更多商業合作機遇。2026 年，聯盟更牽頭組織香港首個官方展團參與 ChinaJoy，帶領 18 間本地遊戲工作室及原創遊戲 IP 亮相這個亞洲最大型的數碼娛樂展覽之一，進一步提升香港遊戲業界在區內以至國際舞台上的能見度。
GameDEVA (Hong Kong Game Developer Alliance) is Hong Kong's leading community organization for game developers, representing a network of more than 150 local game studios and development teams. The alliance is dedicated to advancing Hong Kong's game development ecosystem through community building, professional networking, industry advocacy, and strategic collaboration, while supporting the growth of original games created in Hong Kong.
Through year-round networking initiatives, industry events, and international partnerships, GameDEVA helps local developers build connections, increase visibility, and access new business opportunities. In 2026, the alliance led Hong Kong's inaugural official pavilion at ChinaJoy, bringing 18 local studios and original game IPs to one of Asia's largest digital entertainment exhibitions—strengthening Hong Kong's presence on the regional and global games industry stage.
Games for Change Hong Kong
Games for Change Hong Kong 是全球 Games for Change 運動在亞洲成立的首個地區及次區域分會，致力推動遊戲及互動媒體在社會影響、教育及創新領域的角色。以香港為基地，Games for Change Hong Kong 匯聚教育工作者、研究人員、創作者、業界領袖、非牟利機構及政策制定者，促進亞太區內跨界別合作與深度交流，推動遊戲成為創造社會影響及推動教育的媒介與平台。
自 2025 年正式成立以來，Games for Change Hong Kong 已發展成為區內「Games for Good」社群的重要平台。與香港大學合作舉辦的年度 Games for Change Hong Kong Festival 至今已成功舉辦兩屆，2026 年活動匯聚近 200 名來自不同界別的參加者，以及來自七個國家的講者。除年度 Festival 外，Games for Change Hong Kong 亦透過與 Tencent、澳門 BEYOND Expo 及 Hong Kong Comic Con 等生態夥伴合作，持續拓展區域網絡，加強遊戲業界、學術界與更廣泛社會影響生態圈之間的連繫。
Games for Change Hong Kong is Asia's first local and subregional chapter of the global Games for Change movement, dedicated to advancing the role of games and interactive media in social impact, education, and innovation. Based in Hong Kong, the initiative convenes educators, researchers, creators, industry leaders, nonprofits, and policymakers to foster cross-sector collaboration and meaningful dialogue across the Asia-Pacific region, advancing the use of games as both a vehicle and a platform for impact and education.
Since its official launch in 2025, Games for Change Hong Kong has established itself as a leading regional platform for the games-for-good community. In partnership with the University of Hong Kong, it has successfully presented two annual Festivals, with the 2026 edition bringing together nearly 200 cross-sector participants and speakers from seven countries. Beyond the Festival, the initiative has expanded its regional footprint through ecosystem partnerships with Tencent, BEYOND Expo in Macao, and Hong Kong Comic Con, strengthening connections between the games industry, academia, and the broader impact ecosystem.
