🧘♀️After the meditation you are welcome to journal your experience, rest for awhile, or enjoy conversations with myself or others. There is no need to rush. You are safe here and we will always hold space for you✨
***SPECIAL NOTE….this energy cleansing meditation can be quite powerful. I strongly suggest that after the session…relaxing at home would be very beneficial (as you may continue to experience physical, and emotional releases of blockages that have been held in the body). But this quiet time after the healing/cleansing session is not a requirement…only a suggestion***

Location will be given once your space is booked and energy exchange received (to make sure there are no unannounced walk-ins).
Please arrive 20-30 minutes early so that you may choose your space, use the washroom if needed and settle in. Doors will be locked at 10:50 am with no admittance after 10:55 am
