Join me for Reclaim Your Radiance, a nourishing 3-hour workshop for women designed to support the whole body—body, mind, and soul.
🌿 This immersive experience includes:
• Gentle body movement to promote calm and re-energize
• Lymphatic drainage techniques to support flow and vitality
• Facial practices including Gua Sha, Face Yoga
• Tapping techniques (EFT) to release stress and tension
• Guided practices for healing and rejuvenation
• A deeply relaxing multisensory sound bath to integrate and promote radiance
