BACHATA INTENSIVE SATURDAY 15.08.2026
✨️Authentic Bachata straight from the Dominican Republic
In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of authentic Bachata Dominicana. We will focus on natural body movement, including hip, shoulder, and body motion, and combine it with musicality, timing and footwork.
You’ll learn to listen to the music more consciously and match your movements to its instruments and accents. We will then bring everything together in a combination that blends technique and musicality.
THE TEACHERS:
✨️Bachata with Fraimy
Born and raised in Cabarete, a small surfing town on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, Fraimy has the rhythm of his homeland in his blood. He began his professional dance career in
2020 in Las Terrenas, where he spent a year working with internationally renowned dancer Bolivar.
Fraimy specializes in Bachata and Salsa-and, like any true Dominican, Merengue is naturally
part of his repertoire. His teaching style is authentic, energetic, and full of humour, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for every student.
Fraimy is assisted by Nadine, who moved from Germany to the Dominican Republic five years ago and discovered her passion for dance through him
Their workshops go beyond steps and technique- they are about sharing the joy of dancing, the music, and the culture behind Bachata.
