✨Reiki is a form of hands-on therapy developed in Japan by the Founder of Reiki Dr, Mikao Usui. Reiki means Universal (Rei) Life Force (Ki). We all possess Life-Force energy - it flows through all living things, the traumas, stresses and negativity of life can disrupt the flow of this vital energy in and around our mind, body and soul, leaving us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, and even sick.
