I tend to shy away from words like “Reiki Master”, but I have been working with Reiki since 2013 and have Level 3 attunement so I’ve decided to bring my knowledge and experience to the community.Join me for a 3 hour experiential workshop. I will lecture briefly about the history and lineage but mostly we will dive into a world of resonant energy and the subtle body sensations.
By the end of our time together, you will receive Level 1 attunement, which is really meant for self care. My focus will be on hand placement and meditations for the chakras. You will have take home sheets with drawings of hand placements and descriptions of the chakras, the energy focus of each, etc. There will be a weekly email follow up, if you wish, for an extended support of your personal practice.
We will work from the root chakra up, using vocalization of the seed syllable to help attune us to each center. There will be time to write between each energy sphere.
I will have handcrafted hot tea but feel free to bring your own drink
Earth body yoga is committed to creating events that are accessible to everyone. All bodies are welcome in this space. Chelsea has been doing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for over 15 years. Modifications can be made to ensure that the practice is accessible to all bodies
