Refresh the senses with an immersive morning of reiki, restorative yoga, and sound healing. You will be guided through 7 restorative yoga postures, one for each chakra. Learn reiki hand placements to allow for self healing while Chelsea offers sonic reiki through singing bowls and other instruments, specific sounds to enhance resonance and connection to each chakra.
Each participant will receive a set of 7 chakra oil blends.
Ayurvedic tea and snacks will be offered as well.
Earth body yoga is committed to creating events that are accessible to everyone. All bodies are welcome in this space. Chelsea has been doing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for over 15 years. Modifications can be made to ensure that the practice is accessible to all bodies
