Open to all levels, this class blends Hatha flow with restorative poses that vary depending on what’s present — offering options to challenge yourself or slow down as needed. Each class is guided by intentional life themes, encouraging self-awareness, reflection, and transformation beyond the mat.Optional Reiki and aromatherapy are offered to support deeper relaxation, with live music provided by Christopher Jones.
