Yogic philosophy gives us insight into the layers of our being known as the koshas. We are most obviously physical humans with a body that moves and breathes, is born and eventually passes away. But there is more to us than that. We have an energetic body that is our life force, as well as a mental/ emotional layer and one of wisdom. All of these layers wrap around the internal truth of who we are: a soul. Each layer holds valuable information, but stagnation can block our ability to hear our own truth or to connect to that divine within that guides us.
In this workshop, we will explore these layers through physical practice, some chanting and meditation. All levels are welcome.
